Edenview, LLC is based out of Richmond, Virginia, and began retail operations back in 2015, and has since grown to be a reliable wholesale source for geogrids, geotextile fabrics, and Sleeve-It System products for companies all over the United States. We work directly with manufacturers to negotiate optimal pricing for the consumer by leveraging larger-quantity orders, and utilizing direct shipping methods. Additionally, the manufacturer representatives and engineers are more than ready to assist our staff and customers to make sure the right product is being used for the right application. Our Process

  1. MEET & GREET - Once you have found our company (or we've found you), we can schedule a virtual one-on-one or just a simple phone call. This will allow us to get to know more about your business, and how we can best serve you. Whether you need pricing for a large project you're bidding or just want to work out better pricing for your general day-to-day use, our company is setup to offer you maximum savings and unmatched customer service. From the very beginning, our promise is you will never be on the receiving end of any high-pressure sales tactics, our staff will always be honest and transparent, and your communications will never go unanswered.   2. PROJECT-BASED PRICING - At this point, our staff has already received an initial inquiry from the customer by phone, e-mail, or online message. We will work with you to get all relevant information about your project's specific needs including but not limited to technical specifications, quantities needed, engineering, and project scheduling. This information will help us make sure everything is in place and ready to go, should you choose to use us for your purchasing needs.
  3. GENERAL PRICING - If you are just looking to capitalize on the cost savings of a larger product order to cover multiple smaller projects your company is currently working on or will be working on in the near future, we would be more than happy to provide bulk-quantity pricing, based on the quantity and needs of your business.
  4. QUOTING - Once we have all the information we need and fully understand your company's needs, you will be presented with a formal quote that will include product cost, all applicable local sales tax, and freight cost. All written quotes will be valid for 30 days following the date of original submittal to customer.
  5. PURCHASING & DELIVERY - Once a credit application has been approved and we have received a signed purchase order has been returned to our staff, the relevant manufacture will be immediately notified of the purchase order. Additionally, our office will require certain forms and documents to be provided before an order will be released. Based on the details provided by customer, regarding project scheduling, we will coordinate freight and provide customers with tracking information for their order.  
  6. INVOICING - Once our office has been notified by the carrier that delivery was successful, an invoice will be issued to the customer's accounts payable department. All invoices will include specific payment terms agreed upon between Edenview and the customer prior to execution of purchase order.
